Shipping times during covid 19 crisis are totally messed up  because 98%  of the carriers  planes are grounded …  most items  should reach you within 4 weeks ,  some  may  take up to 8 full weeks  not counting weekends and hollidays WEEKS IN TRANSIT  ….  I accordance set forth with PAYPÄL and STRIPE  WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY ITEM FOR LATE SHIPPING  BEFORE 8 WEEKS IN TRANSIT. and the standarf 10% retention  rule for refunds apply as we still have to pay for the processing and restocking fees

We have had a string of abuse from people taking advantage of the situation,  claiming that they don’t understand the terrible and dire times we are currently living and expecting their items to be on their doorstep even fasted than it should take in normal times.  We normally refund on a case by case basis and this text is here to set some basic rules otherwise we would lose our busines because of people who think they can test drive products and get a refund …

Shipping Policy

Estimated shipping delivery times:

  • For Items made in the USA:

USA: 3-5 business days after fulfillment   Covid Times  5-8 days

Canada: 5-10 business days after fulfillment  Covid Times 10-15 days

World: 10-20 business days after fulfillment Covid Times 25-60 days

  • For items made in Europe:

Europe: 3-8 business days after fulfillment  Covid Times  15-30 days

Americas: 7-18 business days after fulfillment  Covid Times 25-45 days

World: 10-21 business days after fulfillment  Covid Times  30-60 days

NOTE THAT MOST ITEMS CAN BE MADE BOTH IN EUROPE AND IN THE USA SO THE SHIPPING IS USUALLY QUITE SHORT

Possibility to pay extra for expedited shipping , We are not responsible for any customs fees.

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 – 7 days of ordering.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Returned by the shipping carrier

If the carrier is not able to deliver the items to the provided address, they will return them to us. Most commonly it’s referred to as the ‘wrong address’. It happens if you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier. Be extra careful with apartment numbers and zip codes!

Another reason items are returned by the carrier is that they were ‘unclaimed’. If you do not collect the item at the local post or a different pickup location, it will be returned. In most cases, the shipment will be returned to our facility as it is the default return address. We won’t be able to reship the returned items.  Shipments not picked up and returned to the factories have a 99%  of getting lost  so we will not be able to reship or refund these forgotten orders.  It is your responsibility to go pick up your order at the post office if you were not here at the time of delivery ….  We are bound by a simple contract manufacturing and shipping the products to you …  once the item has been scanned in your area’s post office it is under your responsibility .

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at admin@RhodesianBrushStroke.com noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

once the item has been scanned in your area’s post office  it is your responsibility to file a claim with your postal services if you haven’t received it


Returns policy

MOST IMPORTANTLY PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY ITEM.
ANY ITEM RETURNED WITHOUT OUR PRIOR CONSENT WILL BE CONSIDERED LOST AND GIVEN TO CHARITY

We will only accept returns on some conditions:

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time!

Printing Mishaps:

sometimes it can happen than some printing mishaps can slip through the Quality control,in this case get in touch with us and we will sort out the matter -note that on sublimation tees , white stripes under the arms or at the seams IS NOT considered as a mishap and is a normal occurrence for sublimated garments

Wrong Size:

We will NOT accept returns if you chose the wrong size since all the sizes are clearly enumerated in metrics and imperial for all the products . The only exception is if we sent you a size that you did not order.

Change of mind:

Since all our products are made to order no return will be accepted if you change your mind. We do NOT refund or exchange any item for buyer ‘s remorse. We do not run a rental business.

Return Shipping :

Return shipping is at the customer’s charge and must be sent to our headquarters in France, both ways if its an exchange, however make sure to contact us first as we sometimes have ways for it to get dirt cheap.

We believe in good service and we think that everything in life can be solved by communication …  there are no problems  , only solutions !  So  please  always  contact us first if  you have any problem  or question about an order .

Customs Taxes and Duties

Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country’s laws. You should contact your local customs office for further information, because Custom policies vary a lot from country to country. In addition, when ordering from RhodesianBrushStroke.com, you are considered the importer of the goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the packages. We have tried for a while to comply with the new EU regulation imposing us to collect taxes on behalf of UE, BUT too many customers complained that they have been double taxed upon the package reception … This is a failed system .

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT REFUNDS

I case of a refund being accepted RhodesianBrushStroke.com will keep 5% of the amount paid since payment processors do not refund their commission, plus 5% penalty as all of our items are made on order and will have to be rerouted ... IF YOU DON’T AGREE WITH THIS POLICY PLEASE DON’T BUY…. buy pressing the the “pay now” button you are bound to accept that 10% of your payment is void in case of a refund for whatever reason.
